Each of our classes is 1 hour long, full of energy and fun. Our highly trained instructors ensure that each session is dynamic and tailored to the needs and abilities of adults. You'll be able to explore a wide range of dance styles, from salsa and hip-hop to contemporary and ballroom dancing.
Our online classes are designed to challenge and entertain adults while developing their technique, flexibility and stamina. In addition to learning moves and choreography, we also encourage artistic expression and self-confidence. We want you to enjoy and feel empowered as you immerse yourself in the world of dance.

Each Dance with Micho session is 1 hour long, full of fun and learning. Our highly trained instructors ensure that each class is dynamic and tailored to the needs and abilities of children of this age. Through games, music and exciting choreography, children will learn the fundamentals of dance and develop their coordination, balance and body expression.
Our online classes include a variety of dance styles and creative moves. In addition to fun and movement, we also encourage creativity and self-confidence. We want children to feel empowered and happy as they explore the world of dance.
